	We participate in many healthcare plans, but it is the patient's responsibility to check with their individual plan to make sure that their physician is a participating provider. Some of our insurance plan contracts are with individual physicians and others are with the entire group. Please keep in mind that this list is not all-inclusive and is subject to change without notice. Payment of any insurance claim is not guaranteed through the use of this website. The user should contact his/her insurance carrier directly to verify benefits.
