This score reflects that Dr. McLaughlin scored higher in patient satisfaction than 99% of physicians in inpatient settings nationwide. The results were determined by a Press Ganey satisfaction measurement tool. Press Ganey is the leading provider of health care measurement, calculating patient satisfaction rates throughout the country. More than 1,500 hospitals use this system to collect and analyze patient opinions and assist in quality improvement.
