ST. LOUIS –Esse Health’s Creve Coeur Pediatrics office welcomes pediatric physician Karla Keaney, M.D. to its practice. Dr. Keaney will begin seeing patients at the office located at 11630 Studt Avenue in Creve Coeur on August 14, 2013.

Keaney recently completed her residency training in pediatrics at Baylor College of Medicine, affiliated with Texas Children’s Hospital, where she was recognized as the Intern of the Year for 2010-2011. A graduate of the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, Keaney has roots in St. Louis having received her bachelor’s degree from Saint Louis University. Keaney has a special interest in the role of breastfeeding in newborn care and the continuing care of complex pediatric conditions.

Keaney joins board-certified pediatric physicians Richard Lazaroff, M.D., David Hartenbach, M.D., Randall Sterkel, M.D., and Lora Collier, M.D., as well as certified pediatric nurse practitioners Jane Hoekelman, CPNP, Angela Kennedy, CPNP, and Nancy Quigley, CPNP.
