ST. LOUIS – Esse Health North County Internal Medicine welcomes board-certified internal medicine physician Meng Zhao, M.D., FACP, to its staff. Dr. Zhao will begin seeing patients at the office located in Christian Hospital on May 6, 2013.
Zhao has been in practice in the St. Louis area since May 2011. Prior to that, she treated patients for seven years in New York. Zhao is board certified in internal medicine and is a fellow of the American College of Physicians®. She has a particular interest in chronic disease management, such as high blood pressure, high cholesterol, diabetes and heart disease. Zhao graduated from the Medical School of Xian Jiaotong University in China before completing her residency in Internal Medicine at the Northeastern Pennsylvania Hospitals Program affiliated with Drexel University College of Medicine (MCP Hahnemann).
Zhao joins board-certified internal medicine physicians Colette Schmidt, M.D., and David Shaw, M.D., as well as nurse practitioners Lisa Hawley, FNP, and Anita Wilson-Powell, ANP, FNP.
